Changes are made to rules of bank support of contracts (Law No. 44-FZ)
The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2016 No. 1164 "About modification of point 1 of Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts" state, municipal unitary enterprises are added the list of the persons applying rules of bank support of the contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963 "About implementation of bank support of contracts".
Changes come into force since January 1, 2017.

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2016 No. 1166 established features of procurement planning, public contracts providing the conclusion with counter investment liabilities of the supplier investor, and also feature of carrying out tenders for determination of the supplier with which such contract is signed.

Extreme sizes of the importance of evaluation criteria for construction works (Law No. 44-FZ) are established
No. 1184 are established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2016 the minimum importance of cost criteria – 80% and the maximum importance of not cost evaluation criteria – 20% if subject to purchase is performance of works on a construction, reconstruction, capital repairs especially dangerous, technically difficult and unique capital construction projects, and also artificial road constructions included in structure of highways of federal, regional or intermunicipal, local importance.
