The director of the Institute of public procurement A.A. Khramkin was interviewed for the report "Imported goods will allow to public procurement in the new conditions", which aired on may 21 on the TV channel "Russia 24". The theme is the order of the Ministry of economic development of Russia from 25.03.2014 № 155 "On the conditions of admission of the goods occurring from the foreign States, for the purposes of procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs". The order shall come into force 10 days after its official publication (the Russian newspaper, № 112, 21.05.2014), i.e. from June 1, 2014 and will be valid until 31 December 2015.
