In accordance with part 3 of article 1 of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 № 223-FZ "On procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities" the Federal Antimonopoly service approved the procedure for determining the percentage of participation of the Russian Federation, constituent entity of the Russian Federation, municipal entities in the Charter capital of business entities, the aggregate share of legal entities in the Charter capital of subsidiaries, the aggregate share of the subsidiary business entities in the Charter capital of their subsidiaries.
