December 23, 2014 at the Public Procurement Institute was conducted annual seminar "The Purchase of educational services in the framework of the Federal law of 5 April 2013 No. 44-FZ". The seminar was opened by Director of the Public Procurement Institute Andrey Aleksandrovich Khramkin, Vice-Director of The Public Procurement Institute Olga Mikhaylovna Vorobyova, assistant head of the competence centre of The Public Procurement Institute Yulia Aleksandrovna Shavylina. The seminar was attended by 45 representatives of Federal ministries, departments and other organizations.
