The Russian government adopted decree from 25.12.2014 No. 1489 "On amending and repealing certain acts of the government of the Russian Federation in connection with the abolition of the Federal service for defense contracts" and from 27.12.2014 No. 1581 "On amendments to certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on the issues of the powers of the Federal bodies of Executive power in the sphere of procurement of goods, works and services for state needs", clarifying the authority of a number of government agencies.
