8 April 2015, we will celebrate the birthday of The Public Procurement Institute. On this date in 1998 had the completion of the training the first group of students of the Institute, and on this day a year earlier was released the first normative act, which was introduced regulation of the public procurement system - decree of the President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin "On priority measures for prevention of corruption and the budget cuts in procurement of goods, works and services for state needs" dated April 8, 1997, No. 305.
