Delegation of Public Procurement Institute (O. M. Vorobyova and A.E.Ermakova) took part in the Conference of the Federal Innovative Platforms (FIP) organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. At conference questions of improvement of quality of education in the sphere of purchases were discussed, the problem of "sale" of certificates of professional development by the unfair educational centers was highlighted, ways of overcoming of this problem were planned.
