The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered and officially published the order of Ministry of Labor of Russia of September 10, 2015 No. 625n "About the approval of the professional standard "The Expert in the Sphere of Purchases"". The Public Procurement Institute prepared the certificate of professional standards in the sphere of purchases with explanations about for whom, since what time and in what part these standards will be obligatory.
