On October 29, 2015 the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1168, approved Rules of placement in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases of plans of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, plans schedules of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs.
