No. 3894-U since January 1, 2016 value of a rate of refinancing of Bank of Russia is equated by the indication of the Central Bank Russian Federation of December 11, 2015 to the value of key interest rate of Bank of Russia defined for the corresponding date. From the specified date independent value of a rate of refinancing isn't established by Bank of Russia.
