No. 795 is approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of October 30, 2015 an order of obligatory public discussion of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs in case the initial (maximum) price of the contract or the price of the contract signed with the only supplier (the contractor, the performer), exceeds one billion rubles.
