Are accepted by the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the third reading change in the Law No. 44-FZ

On December 23, 2015 in the third reading changes in the Law No. 44-FZ (the bills No. 715451-6 and No. 817606-6 providing extension of anti-recessionary measures for 2016, the accounting of regional wholesale extra charges when purchasing the medicines included in the list of ZhNVLP at the initial (maximum) price of the contract which isn't exceeding 10 million rubles (or other level established in the territorial subject of the Russian Federation), and also the new basis of purchase at the only performer of purchase of goods, works, services at the expense of the financial means allocated for operational search activity were accepted.
