No. 1457 is approved by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2015 the list of works (services), performance which (rendering) in the territory of the Russian Federation by the Turkish organizations (including the organizations controlled by the Turkish citizens and legal entities) it is forbidden since January 1, 2016.
