The new basis of change of contracts of the budgetary and autonomous establishments (The law No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ) is established

The federal law of February 15, 2016 No. 23-FZ made the changes in Art. 78.1 of the Budgetary code of the Russian Federation providing inclusion in the contracts of the budgetary and autonomous establishments paid at the expense of means of a subsidy for performance of the state (municipal) task), conditions about possibility of change by agreement of the parties of the size and (or) terms of payment and (or) volume of goods, works, services in case of reduction to the recipient of budgetary funds providing subsidies, limits of the budgetary obligations on granting a subsidy.
