The order of carrying out checks in the sphere of state defense order (Law No. 44-FZ) is approved

No. 240/16 is approved by the order of Federal antimonopoly service of March 15, 2016 an order of carrying out scheduled and unscheduled inspections of observance of the requirements established by legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the sphere of the state defensive order. Subject of regulation of the specified order is check of compliance with the law in the sphere of state defense order by the state customers, head contractors, contractors, federal executive bodies, other functions of the specified bodies by the bodies or the organizations, and also their officials performing in accordance with the established procedure.
