New structures of administrative offenses (Law No. 44-FZ) were published in the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences

The federal law of July 3, 2016 No. 318-FZ "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses" the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences is added with article 7.29.3 providing responsibility for violations regarding procurement planning, in particular the wrong forming of the plan and plan schedule of purchases, non-compliance with an order of reasons for the starting (maximum) price of the contract, violation when carrying out obligatory public discussion of purchases, violations of term of approval of the plan and the plan schedule of purchases.
