Purchases of the unitary enterprises are transferred under operation of the Law No. 44-FZ

The federal law of July 3, 2016 No. 321-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation concerning purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs and needs of separate types of legal entities" has made changes to the Law No. 223-FZ and the Law No. 44-FZ according to which since January 1, 2017 the unitary enterprises in case of implementation of purchases of goods, works, services are guided by provisions of the law No. 44-FZ.
