Conditions of participation of MSP in purchases on the Law No. 223-FZ are changed

Changes are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 establishing an obligation of implementation of purchases at MSP within the Law No. 223-FZ and to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2015 No. 1169 about an order of carrying out monitoring of compliance of plans of purchase, assessment of conformity of drafts of such plans, to requirements of the legislation on participation of MSP.
