No. 925 is established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 16, 2016 a priority of the Russian goods, and also the works and services rendered by Russian persons in relation to the foreign goods, works and services which are carried out, rendered by foreign persons in case of implementation of purchases under the Law No. 223-FZ
