Changes are made to rules of bank support of contracts (Law No. 44-FZ)

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2016 No. 1164 "About modification of point 1 of Rules of implementation of bank support of contracts" state, municipal unitary enterprises are added the list of the persons applying rules of bank support of the contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 20, 2014 No. 963 "About implementation of bank support of contracts". Changes come into force since January 1, 2017.
