Extreme sizes of the importance of evaluation criteria for construction works (Law No. 44-FZ) are established

No. 1184 are established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2016 the minimum importance of cost criteria – 80% and the maximum importance of not cost evaluation criteria – 20% if subject to purchase is performance of works on a construction, reconstruction, capital repairs especially dangerous, technically difficult and unique capital construction projects, and also artificial road constructions included in structure of highways of federal, regional or intermunicipal, local importance.
