The date of introduction of functionality of submission of applications through EIS (44-FZ) is postponed for 1 year

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2016 No. 1588 made changes to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2015 No. 36 "About an order and terms of commissioning of a unified information system in the sphere of purchases", the giving providing transfer of term of a possibility through EIS of applications for participation in determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) and final offers since January 1, 2017 for January 1, 2018.
