The Government of the Russian Federation accepted the resolutions necessary for implementation of the provisions Law No. 44-FZ

The Government of the Russian Federation accepted the resolution of January 28, 2017 No. 96 and the resolution of February 2, 2017 No. 121, necessary for implementation of article 111.3 the Law No. 44-FZ on special investment contracts, and also item 47 p.1 Art. 93 of the specified law.
