III All-Russian practical conference-seminar “Corporate Procurement – 2015:

the Practice of Application of the Federal Law № 223-FZ”

(March 3 - 4, 2015, Moscow)

On March 3-4, 2015 the Public Procurement Institute organized in Moscow the third all-Russian conference “Corporate Procurement – 2015: the Practice of Application of the Federal Law № 223-FZ”.

The conference was focused on practical aspects of goods, works and services purchases by budgetary and independent entities, unitary enterprises, other types of federal and municipal agencies, and natural monopolies. The Federal Law No. 223-FZ “On the purchases of goods, works and services by different types of legal entities” dated July 18, 2011 regulates procurement activity of all these types of legal entities.

Over two conference days speakers from the Public Procurement Institute, governmental agencies (the Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Treasury), and procurement consulting and research organizations delivered over 20 presentations. The Federal Antimonopoly Service reports raised a large number of questions from the conference participants. In addition, round-table sessions were organized at the end of each day, where the Institute experts answered multiple questions related to the Federal Law No. 223-FZ.

The conference took place in Izmailovo Hotel in Moscow and was attended by over 150 participants. Six Russian cities were connected to the event through the videoconference, including Barnaul (with two conference points), Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Moscow, Samara and Chelyabinsk.

All the presentations can be found in the «Collection of Reports», a book prepared by «Yurisprudentsiya» publishing house specifically for the conference start date. The book includes 27 presentations and reports, and can be purchased from the bookstores or the publishing house.
