The collection contains papers, research and methodical materials of the X All-Russian practical conference-seminar «State and Municipal Procurement - 2015», organized by the Public Procurement Institute in Moscow on October 29-30, 2015.

Every year the annual conference welcomes representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation and other state authorities.

The 2015 conference is dedicated to the first results of the control and audit of procurement in accordance with the Federal law dated 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ «On the contract system in state and municipal procurement of goods, works and services»: most common violations identified by different regulatory authorities and control bodies in the area of state and municipal procurement (the practice of the FAS Russia, Rosfinnadzor, regional and municipal control bodies and accounts chambers).

The edition is addressed primarily to practitioners, although the reports will be useful for scientists, teachers, postgraduates, and students who are interested in the issues of the conference.
