The collection contains papers, research and methodical materials of the IX AllRussian practical conference-seminar «State and municipal procurement – 2014», organized by the Public Procurement Institute in Moscow on October 30–31, 2014.

The Conference is dedicated to the practical enforcement of the Federal law dated 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ «On the contract system in state and municipal procurement of goods, works and services».

The edition is addressed primarily to practitioners. Also, without a doubt, the reports will be interesting for scientists, teachers, postgraduates, and students who are interested in issues of the conference.
