Consulting services on procurement of goods, works, and services for federal and municipal needs in accordance with the Federal Law No.44-FZ dated April 05, 2013.



Consulting services for procurement clients and authorised purchasing agencies

  • Analysis of existing purchasing practices and recommendations on their improvement; 

  • Legal and methodological support within the procurement system development: preparation of policies and procedures that regulate activity of contract departments, managers, and tender committees; development of bid documentation templates (including bids with restricted number of participants and two-stage bids), auction documentation, requests of proposal, federal and municipal contract drafts, etc.; 

  • Organization and support of purchasing procedures: tenders, including tenders with restricted number of participants and two-stage tenders, auctions, requests for proposal, and requests for price on turn-key contracts;
