All-Russian conferences


Annually Public Procurement Institute holds All-Russian Practical Conferences – Seminars “State and Municipal Procurement” and All-Russian Practical Conferences – Seminars “Corporate Procurement”.

Every year it welcomes as its participants representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation and other state authorities. 

About 250 representatives of state and municipal customers annually take part in the conference and more than 500 people do it virtually – with help of teleconferences organized via the Internet in different cities of the Russian Federation.

Conference program usually contains about 40 proceedings on different subjects but devoted to order placement for state and municipal needs. The main theme of the conferences is latest developments of legislation on state and municipal procurement, competition protection, prospects of its development and practical aspects of law enforcement. 

As a result of the annual conference Public Procurement Institute publishes Collection of Papers which contains the reports, research and methodological materials of the conference.
