IV All-Russian Practical Conference – Seminar “Corporate Procurement 2016: Practical Application of Federal Law No. 223-FZ”

On March 17-18 the Public Procurement Institute hold the IV All-Russian Practical Conference - Seminar “Corporate Procurement 2016: Practical Application of Federal Law No. 223-FZ”. 

The Conference was focused on practical aspects of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 “Purchasing of Products, Work and Services by Specific Corporate Entities”, including issues related to corporate procurement reforms (planned changes of Federal Law No. 223-FZ), import substitution, cases of reasonable restriction of competition, court practice and Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of Russia practice. 

The total audience of the Conference amounted to as much as 500 participants: over 200 people attended the Conference in person, and about 300 people took part in video conferences, which were transmitted in Barnaul (two locations), Vladivostok, Samara, Irkutsk, Chelyabinsk and Tomsk. 

During two days of the Conference experts of the Public Procurement Institute, representatives of the state agencies (Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russia, Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of Russia, Federal Treasury, Tender Committee of Moscow), ROSATOM, as well as expert and consulting organizations in the field of procurement presented 23 reports. Following the presentations representatives of Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Russia and Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of Russia answered the questions of the participants. At the end of the first and second days of the Conference there were round-table discussions, where experts of the Public Procurement Institute gave detailed answers to the questions of the participants.

The reports of all the participants of the Conference are presented in the Book of Reports which can be bought at the Public Procurement Institute website.
