On the 6th of June 2014 chief economist of the Competence center of the Institute of public procurement Tatyana Nikolaevna Pesegova made a report "Features of calculation and justification of the initial (maximum) price of the contract price of a contract with a single supplier" at the II all-Russian scientific-practical conference "Public procurement: problems of law enforcement", conducted by Law faculty of the Moscow state University named M.V. Lomonosov.
