The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Federal Treasury released the joint order of March 31, 2015 No. 182/7n "About features of placement in uniform information system or before commissioning of the specified system on the official site of the Russian Federation in the information and telecommunication Internet network for placement of information on placement of orders for deliveries of goods, performance of work, rendering services of plans schedules of placement of orders for 2015-2016" (Law No. 44-FZ).
