The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 11, 2015 No. 848-r from the Federal plan of statistical works excluded the data on purchases which were earlier given in Rosstat in forms No. 1 the contract and No. 1 of purchase (Laws No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ).
