About professional standards in the sphere of purchases

The Public Procurement Institute prepared the certificate of professional standards in the sphere of purchases with explanations about for whom, since what time and in what part standards will be obligatory. In the reference tables with reflection of requirements to qualification and the list of labor functions depending on a skill level of the expert are also provided in the sphere of purchases and the expert in the sphere of purchases.
