No. 717-r is approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2016 the list of specific customers, whose drafts of plans of purchase of goods, works, services, drafts of plans of purchase of innovative production, hi-tech production, medicines, projects of the changes made to such plans, to their statement are subject to the Russian Federation which is carried out by executive authorities of subjects or the organizations created by them an assessment of compliance to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing participation of subjects of small and average business in purchase.
