One more list of products, data on which purchases don't constitute a state secret, is approved, but aren't subject to placement in EIS (Law No. 223-FZ)

The Government of the Russian Federation the order of September 27, 2016 No. 2027-r which approved the inventory, works, services in the sphere of production of bank notes, change, forms of identity documents of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Russian Federation and beyond its limits, government securities, excise and special stamps, signs of post payment, forms of documents of strict accounting and the reporting which form affirms the Russian President, the Government of the Russian Federation or federal executive bodies, and also personalisation, storage and handling of documents for the benefit of state bodies, data on which purchases aren't the state secret, is accepted, but aren't subject to placement in a unified information system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs.
