The government of the Russian Federation the resolution of February 27, 2017 No. 231 "About maintaining the register of the only suppliers of goods which production is created or modernized and accustoms in the territory of the Russian Federation, and about definition of the federal executive authority authorized for maintaining the register of the only suppliers of goods which production is created or modernized and accustoms in the territory of the Russian Federation" is accepted.

The resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2017 No. 315 "About modification of Rules of the control provided by part 5 of article 99 of the Federal law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" has made the changes in Rules of the control provided by part 5 of article 99 of the Federal law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 12, 2015 No. 1367.

Changes are made to an order of formation of an identification code of purchase (Law No. 44-FZ)
The order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2016 No. 768 "About modification of the Order of formation of an identification code of purchase approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2015 No. 422" has made changes to the Order of formation of an identification code of purchase.
